Lebron James is FURIOUS about Devin Booker’s rejection of the All-Star Game … saying that the Phoenix Suns star was more than worthy to join the team in 2021.
Western Conference reservations were announced on Tuesday … and while big names like Damian Lillard, Anthony Davis, Chris Paul and Zion Williamson were chosen, Booker, 24, did not make the cut.
Of course, Booker averages almost 25 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists per game … with Suns in 4th place in the conference standings with a record 20-10 so far this season.
Apparently, that was not enough for NBA coaches … each voted 7 reservations to represent their conference in the game.
King James shot contempt on Twitter … and he was not the only one.
Guard blazers CJ McCollum also expressed his dissatisfaction that Book was left out … saying: Damn, @DevinBook didn’t really survive? This is craxy. Very cold bruh also smh. Sick world “
LBJ also commented on Lillard not being named ASG holder … saying he is the second most disrespected player behind Booker.
Now, there is still hope that Booker will enter the festivities and become the replacement for AD, who is dealing with a calf and Achilles tendon injury.
Warning to the rest of the league – Devin Booker definitely has that motivation for the second half of the season.
