Zookeeper flees from terrible lion attack in Germany

It was almost an astrophe cat.

A lion launched itself at a keeper in Germany on Sunday – and she managed to escape the terrible attack without serious injuries, officials said.

The unidentified 25-year-old woman, who works at the Osnabrück zoo in Berlin, was cleaning the cat’s cage around noon when he launched himself at her, police said.

She was hospitalized but was not considered seriously injured, police said.
