Keith Lee withdrawn from WWE Elimination Chamber

Keith Lee is out of the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event tonight.

WWE confirmed this afternoon on social networks that Keith Lee would be unable to compete tonight, citing injuries sustained by Bobby Lashley’s attack two weeks ago on Raw. A fatal four way match will take place tonight in the pre-show before the Elimination Chamber, with the winner facing Riddle and Lashley in a triple fight for the title of Lashley in the United States. PWInsider originally reported this afternoon that Lee was out of the event.

Participants in the fatal four-way fight include Mustafa Ali, Ricochet, Elias and John Morrison.

The United States title fight was set up two weeks ago on Raw, when Keith Lee defeated Riddle. Lashley then went out and attacked the two men, taking down Lee with steel ladders and placing Riddle in the submission of The Hurt Lock. It was later announced that the two men would face Lashley in a three-threat fight. On Monday’s Raw, it was mentioned in comments that Lee may have been injured as a result of Lashley’s attack.
