Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Kim completely trusts Kanye with her children. That said … given his lifestyle, he is rarely alone with them. In good and bad times, there are almost always caregivers or relatives around the children.
Although most of the time is spent with help … our sources say Kanye is a great father, and in the past few months he has even made a few trips just with him and some of his children, without additional assistance.
What’s more … our sources say that Kanye doesn’t usually stay close to children when he’s having a bipolar episode.
TMZ revealed the story … Kim is asking for joint physical and legal custody, but that doesn’t automatically mean it’s a 50/50 division. Joint custody can be anything that parents agree with and, historically, Kim cares for her children most of the time and that shouldn’t change. Kim feels that Kanye is a great father and Kanye knows that Kim is also a great mother.
