PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia police are asking for help in locating a missing 75-year-old man from outside the region while snow covers the city.
Police said Samuel Williams, 75, of South Carolina, was last seen Tuesday afternoon at the Philadelphia Mills Mall.
Williams was spotted by his daughter at around 1 pm Tuesday at the Franklin Mills Circle 1455 mall, opposite Urban Planet.
Williams lives in South Carolina and is not familiar with the Philadelphia area, police said.
Her daughter lives in Trenton, New Jersey.
Williams is 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair. Police said it was not known what he was last seen.
