Extended closure

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are expected to remain closed for more than a year and not reopen until late March or early April, according to Disney officials.

Disneyland is considering annual “parts of the day” passes per hour of the day, similar to Epcot After 4’s annual pass at Disney World.

Resetting the pass holder

Disney CEO Bob Chapek says that redefining Disneyland’s annual pass program would have been “heresy” before the pandemic, but the extended closure offers a “blank sheet of paper”.
