There’s another Gorilla Glue Girl and we’re so tired of this saga

Right. By now, you should be familiar with the legacy of Gorilla Glue Girl – also known as Tessica Brown – the unfortunate woman who exchanged her normal hair glue for Gorilla Glue and, a month later, was still attached to her.

After several washes, a trip to the hospital and a scalp burn from acetone, Brown was finally released at the end of last week, thanks to a trip to a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, who used a medical-grade glue remover to peel off his head. Although there were rumors that Brown planned to sue Gorilla Glue, she announced that she will donate the $ 24k she raised on GoFundMe to charities.

Happy ending, right? Well, more or less. In an attempt to prove that the ordeal was just a joke – it wasn’t – rapper Len Martin pasted a Solo Cop on his lip and tried to lick it. Spoiler alert: it didn’t work and he had to go to the hospital to get it out. Martin later discovered that if the damage does not heal properly, he will have to remove part of his lip.

OK, so now is the end, right? Right? Wrong! Apparently, some people live under a rock because there is now another Gorilla Glue Girl. TikToker makeup Avani Reyes went viral over the weekend in a video that shows her trying to comb the matted hair that has been pasted. “Guys, my hair is not going to comb,” she says. – But why did she put glue on her hair?, you ask? We’d love to hear from you too, so send your answers via email. Comments in later videos suggest that there was an initial video of the glue being placed, which was later removed by the platform.

As was to be expected, Reyes did not receive the same sympathy from Brown, with comments in his videos suggesting that she only did this by influence. Videos that followed the original saw her go to the hospital and reportedly set up a GoFundMe (no link can be found) to pay the money to fly to Los Angeles. Watch the videos below to judge. And while you’re at it, STOP. PUTTING. GORILLA. GLUE. AT THE. YOUR. HAIR.
