Check out the Novitec variation on the Ferrari 812 GTS

It’s official, Novitec has the Ferrari 812 GTS. Of course, some may see any modification to a Ferrari as sacrilege, but listen to us here because the German tuner is no ordinary wrenchman running a store in a garage. For the uninitiated, in addition to updating the performance of their vehicles, Novitec is also committed to providing an upgrade in the aesthetics department.

Let’s start with the clear focal point of this car, the 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces an astonishing 789 horsepower (588 kilowatts). Thanks to a new exhaust and other fine tuning refinements, Novitec has unlocked 840 hp (626 kW). If that still isn’t impressive, customers can also purchase an optional Inconel exhaust system; the same metal used in Formula 1 exhaust systems for its superior lightness and tolerance to high temperatures.

Outside, the car was equipped with sports springs that reduce the ride height by about 35 millimeters (1.38 inches). In addition to improving handling, Novitec also offers a hydraulic front axle lift facility for your peace of mind – with the press of a button, you can raise the front end by about four centimeters (1.5 inches).

Although the front axle lift is a nice extra, we would be remiss not to mention the Vossen wheels on this car. Developed specifically for the 812, the special rims are designed to further emphasize the wedge shape of the two-seat open-top. As an added bonus, the wheels feature a central locking hub – similar to what you would expect in modern race cars.

The vast majority of the other components of this car remain untouched outside of some raw carbon fiber components scattered outside. Credit to Novitec’s tuning experience, all modifications add to the existing emotion of the 812 GTS without taking away the exclusivity of the fact that it is still a Ferrari.
