Rainbow Six: Quarantine Patch appears, renamed Rainbow Six: Parasite

Rainbow Six Parasite PS4 PlayStation 4 1

Update: We assume that Rainbow Six: Quarantine simply wouldn’t fly as a title during a global pandemic in the real world. Ubisoft has already announced that it is considering a name change and it seems that it is decided on Rainbow Six: Parasite.

The PlayStation 4 home screen artwork was leaked online, following patches for the release being sent to PlayStation servers. Is an imminent release date?

Original Story: We don’t know when Rainbow Six: Quarantine will be released. Ubisoft reiterated in its most recent financial statement that it is still planning a launch in 2021 alongside Far Cry 6 – but could the unfortunately named co-op sniper arrive earlier than we think?

The reason we asked is because a pre-release update for the game was actually sent to PlayStation servers (as PlayStation game size on twitter). This suggests that Rainbow Six: Quarantine it could we will be arriving, but obviously we will have to wait for an official announcement before we get too excited.

It’s crazy to think that Rainbow Six: Quarantine was originally scheduled to be released in early 2020 after its reveal at E3 2019. It was then postponed to the next fiscal year and we haven’t heard much about it since.
