Meek Mill and Tekashi 6ix9ine had a date outside an Atlanta nightclub earlier on Sunday, with security squads of both rappers intervening amid an exchange of inflamed words.

Meek Mill, a native of Philadelphia, gave his side of the story in a series of tweets, writing, ’69 waited outside the club for me they were trying to get usssssss wtf. ‘

He continued: ‘We didn’t meet I was getting into my car, he just left … we were almost smoking in that pack of 69 for the love of a viral moment … him trying to leave something locked in the cap lol. ‘

According to TMZ, he also tweeted: ‘The feds sent him to get me out of wtf. [I] had to spit on him so he backed off lol he really waited outside the club for me. I thought I was dreaming about almost smoking him, lol, he posed a little threat showing up in the parking lot waiting for me.

Meek Mill, whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, attacked Bushwick, a native of New York, last May for testifying to officials who resulted in the conviction of members of the Nine Trey Bloods street gang.

6ix9ine in 2019 was convicted of fraud, drug trafficking and gun possession charges, and received a minor sentence.

He had faced up to 47 years in custody for his testimony against other associates.

He was sentenced to two years in prison and released from house arrest last April, after alleging concerns about the coronavirus, with his house arrest ending on July 31.
