Watch Zack Snyder’s official Justice League debut trailer

With Zack Snyder’s Justice League scheduled to launch in almost a month, Warner Bros. released a new trailer for the film.

After the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice where Batman and Wonder Woman form a team of superheroes, including Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg, while the group tries to protect the world of Steppenwolf.

The trailer opens with a narration by Lex Luthor: “The god is dead” and as expected, gives us a new view of Jared Leto’s Joker.

Justice League first debuted in November 2017 in theaters. Snyder was the original director, but left the project during post-production for personal reasons, leaving Joss Whedon to intervene and complete the film. After the release, fans criticized Whedon’s contributions to the film and created a year-long Internet campaign asking Warner Bros. to launch the original version of Snyder.

In addition to providing Snyder’s original vision for the film, new content will also be added, most notably Jared Leto joining the cast, reprising his role as Joker, the supervillain he previously played in Suicide squad.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League will be released on March 18 exclusively on HBO Max.
