Alleah Taylor is revealing the disturbing injury photos taken after she was brutally attacked by an NFL striker Chad Wheeler … and she is explaining why he needs to be locked up in prison.
Taylor appeared on “CBS This Morning” and told the reporter Jericka Duncan the injuries she sustained during the January 22 incident at her Washington apartment will require treatment for the rest of her life.
For the first time, the woman who says she was attacked by former Seattle Seahawks player Chad Wheeler is speaking out.
Wheeler pleaded not guilty to 3 counts, including assault on domestic violence.

“I still have to check my concussion regularly. I have screws and a steel plate that I will have forever on my arm. I will have to deal with this for the rest of my life.”
As we reported earlier, Taylor claims that Wheeler – who played for the Seattle Seahawks at the time – “grabbed” and got violent with her in an apparently manic episode. They had been dating for about 6 months at the time.
She says Wheeler was diagnosed with bipolar disorder before the attack, but recently stopped taking the medicine.
During the attack, Taylor says that the NFL player demanded that she “bow down” to him – and when she refused, he beat and suffocated her.
The police finally arrived and subdued Wheeler after an intense physical struggle. He was arrested and hit by several domestic violence charges.
When asked if she thinks Wheeler’s actions were triggered by a mental health episode, she told CBS, “To be honest, I don’t know.”
She continued, “He went and had dinner after he did this to me. And he didn’t approach the police like he did me.”
Wheeler faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted of domestic violence.
Taylor was asked if she thinks Wheeler should serve time and replied, “Yes, I definitely think he should.”
Taylor says she is “beyond grateful” for being alive – and feels that God has blessed her with a second chance at life.
“I want to try to use the time I was blessed to help other people and to spread this story and to make sure people don’t feel alone and that it doesn’t happen again.”
Wheeler has another hearing scheduled for Thursday – and his trial is scheduled to begin in April.
