Mansory builds another custom Ford GT

The eccentric German tuner Mansory gave the auto world a shock in June 2020, when it unveiled Le Mansory, a questionable-looking custom supercar based on the Ford GT. Well, the company built a second example, and it’s just so, well, interesting.

Mansory unveiled the second iteration of its Le Mansory supercar on Friday, boasting all the same design changes found in the first car unveiled last year. There is a full carbon fiber body in place of the factory panels and a brand new front panel with strange eyebrow-shaped headlights. There is also a large wing at the back, an elegant three-outlet exhaust configuration and double roof shells. Instead of blue, Le Mansory # 2 was finished in black with red accents. Different? Yes better? We are not so sure.

The Interior is also personalized, with panels and benches repositioned to match the exterior color palette. Behind the cab is a modified version of the GT’s 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6, with 700 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque. Mansory says the top speed is 220 mph, a slight jump from the GT’s 216 mph.

If you want a Le Mansory just for you, you’re in luck. When the car was first introduced, Mansory said he would give a total of three copies. Although it is unclear whether this second is at stake, we are sure that the third build slot is open to anyone with enough money. But if you prefer not to wait for the company to build it, the first example is for sale right now.
