Critics Choice Awards 2021 nominations: the full list

Malcolm, are you in the right space to receive information that could harm you? Because nominations for this year’s Critics Choice Awards are here. David Fincher Mank (Netflix) leads the nominees with 12, including Best Picture, Best Actor by Gary Oldman, Best Supporting Actress by Amanda Seyfried and Best Director. A24’s Minari fell behind with ten nominations, including Best Actor by Steven Yeun, Best Supporting Actress by Yuh-Jung Youn, Best Young Actor / Actress by Alan Kim and Best Director by Lee Isaac Chung. Netflix surpassed the film and television categories with an impressive total of 72 nominations. Only one of them went to Sam Levinson’s Malcolm & Marie, a nomination for Best Actress by Zendaya. The late Chadwick Boseman received several acting nominations for his performances in Da 5 Bloods and Black Bottom by Ma Rainey, for which Viola Davis also secured a nomination. Olivia Colman received nominations for both the film The father (Sony Pictures) and its Netflix drama The crown, where she is facing Princess Diana herself, Emma Corrin. This year’s Critics Choice Awards will be presented by Taye Diggs for the third consecutive time on Sunday, March 7th. Find the full list of those listed below.
