Disney has a little news about the 20th anniversary of Disney California Adventure. A Food and Wine experience is on the way for March. Limited capacity and the special ticket event will take place several days a week, starting in mid-March. Over 1,000 cast members are being called back to work on the event.

Here is a letter that Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock just sent to cast members. They are very careful when using the word “Experience” instead of “Festival”:
The readers of this site will not be too surprised by this announcement. We are calling on Disney to follow in Knott’s footsteps and offer expanded food and beverage experiences since July. We are happy to see you bring your teams together to do this now and help some cast members get back to work.
This is traditionally the festival season at Disneyland Resort, so the timing is good. It is also ironic that the last time we saw Disney California Adventure fully operational in 2020, they had just launched their Food and Wine Festival of the year. And now, almost a year later, they will make a partial return with another festival.
