Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are one of the cutest couples in Hollywood and the origin of their love story was finally revealed in a Super Bowl commercial.
The musicians, along with Adam Levine, starred in an ad for T-Mobile and apparently the Maroon 5 frontman played an important role in how they ended up falling in love.
The hilarious commercial has been going on for a few years and Levine and Stefani are on a video call during which she describes her perfect man.
“I’m sick of LA guys,” she says to Levine. “I want someone completely different, maybe from another country. And someone cultured and sensitive and not threatened by a strong and confident woman.”

But because of the irregular connection, Levine hears: “I’m sick of LA guys … I want someone completely country, uneducated and threatened by a strong and confident woman.”
At that very moment, Shelton passes Levine.
“I’m with your guy,” says Levine.
Stefani and Shelton became engaged in October 2020, after five years of dating.

The couple started dating by appearing on “The Voice” together as coaches. Since then, they have appeared together in the singing competition several times, with Shelton being the host since the first season.

The duo also released songs together, such as the song “Happy Anywhere”. Stefani and Shelton also duet on the tracks “Go Ahead And Break My Heart”, “You Make It Feel Like Christmas” and “Nobody But You”.

Stefani was previously married to Bush leader Gavin Rossdale. The ex-boyfriends share three children, Kingston, 14, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, 6.
Shelton was previously married to singer Miranda Lambert and Kaynette Williams.
