The co-creator of Terraria canceled the development of the game for Google Stadia after a three-week period in which he was inexplicably blocked from all your Google accounts.
Andrew Spinks gave the ultimatum on Monday morning after not getting a response from Google from YouTube blocked your account in mid-January. The block also cost Spinks access to apps he bought on Google Stadia, erased data he stored on Google Drive and closed a Gmail account he used for more than 15 years.
I absolutely did nothing to violate your terms of service, so I can’t understand it any other way than if you decide to burn this bridge. Consider it burnt. #Terraria for @GoogleStadia it’s cancelled. My company will no longer support any of its platforms going forward.

Spinks said he called Google’s attention to this around January 16, and the company “has done nothing but baffle me” since then. The game’s official Twitter account tried to draw YouTube’s attention to the problem in January, apparently with no help coming.
Two days ago, fans noticed that Terraria obtained a rating and release date for Google Stadia from the European rating agency PEGI. The only official word that Terraria was in the works for the streaming platform came with the Spinks cancellation announcement on Monday.
Polygon contacted a Google Stadia representative for an answer to the situation, including an explanation of why Spinks was blocked in his accounts.
Terraria it was one of the games available when Google launched its Google Play Pass, basically the Android version of Apple Arcade, in the fall of 2019. Terraria, published by 505 Games, is still available on the Google Play Store.
On February 1, Google announced that its development studio Stadia Games and Entertainment was closing, leaving Stadia strictly as a third-party gaming platform. Stadia was launched in November 2019. Currently, there are about 140 games available for the service.
