Demon Slayer console game also released for Xbox series – News

The official website of Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Keppūtan video game revealed on Monday that the game will also launch on Xbox Series X and S, in addition to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Steam. (Shueishain Weekly Shonen Jump the magazine did not list the Xbox Series X and S earlier in the day.) The “competitive demon killing action” game is still set to debut this year.

The game will feature a story mode that will allow fans to relive the story of the first television anime. A battle mode will allow players to play with different characters.

Aniplex is delaying the launch of the Kimetsu no Yaiba: Keppū Kengeki Royale (Demon slayer: Blood-Stench Blade Royale) game for smartphone indefinitely in order to improve the quality of the game. The game was scheduled to debut in 2020. The “asymmetric survival action game” for free-to-play smartphone will pit teams of demon and demon slayers against each other, with players fighting in history settings using various skills and characters.

Koyoharu Gotouge launched Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba inside Weekly Shonen Jump in February 2016 and ended on May 18. Viz Media is publishing the manga in English digitally and in print.

The manga adaptation for the television anime premiered in April 2019 and had 26 episodes. The Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train anime movie premiered on October 16. Funimation and Aniplex of America will show the film in North American theaters earlier this year.
