It seems that a global pandemic will not hinder the various pre-Super Bowl celebrations.
On Friday night, several musicians held concerts and parties in Tampa, Florida, before the annual sporting event.
Many of the events were announced as geared towards COVID, although many of the photos and videos taken during the functions show revelers throwing caution to the wind while having fun.

One of the parties was hosted by rapper 50 Cent and took place in St. Petersburg. airplane hangar.
The 45-year-old hitmaker promoted the event through his Instagram account and posted a pamphlet with the message ‘tonight will come down, pull up’ on show day.
The rapper is set to host another event tonight.

DJ Steve Aoki also threw a pre-Super Bowl party at the WTR Tampa Pool at the Godfrey Waterfront Hotel, covered by TMZ.
The event organizers made a point of expressing that it was necessary to wear masks and that everyone should be separated by six feet.
However, images from the event showed that none of the protocols were being followed by anyone in particular.
The 43-year-old DJ and producer also got in close contact with his fans to spray champagne over them.

On Thursday night, Tory Lanez held a pre-Super Bowl event at the same venue that Aoki would occupy a night later.
The 28-year-old composer also documented the event through his Instagram story, and made a point of sharing several photos of the non-socially distanced party.
Many fans traveled from the United States to participate in the Super Bowl and other functions associated with the annual sporting event, and many civil servants are concerned that the increase in social interaction will only serve to further promote COVID-19.
