Since he found love in single and move to New York with the groom Zac Clark, Tayshia Adams is happier than ever experiencing this new chapter. In fact, things are going so well for her that she exclusively allows Us Weekly accompany you for a typical day in your life.
Now that she’s officially an East Coaster, the 16th season leader likes to move into her new neighborhood in the early hours of the morning “I’m training for the New York and London marathons,” reveals the 30-year-old actress. “A good run” around Central Park is a good start in the morning.
But this is not the only physical activity in which she participates. When his schedule is not too chaotic, Adams admits that he likes to do extra exercises in his day. “I love boxing on a roof,” she notes.
Her life as a newlywed with Clark has also been smooth. The presenter of the podcast “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” says that “the best time of the day” is after dinner, when she manages to spend quality time with the 37-year-old addiction specialist during a game night: “Sometimes we played three different games in one night! “
Adams and Clark are also busy decorating his New York apartment, where they are living. In late December, the reality show personality admitted that she wanted to “decorate” his home. “It’s definitely a bachelor pad,” she joked, “so we have to change that fast.”
She added: “I am so excited just to live life, and not go at 100 miles an hour … to live a double life and be secretive.”
