System Of A Down came back with a couple of new songs at the end of last year and the band’s Serj Tanikan is working on his own songs. Today, he is announcing a new EP called Elasticity, which will be released in March, composed of songs he made while SOAD was thinking about making a new album.
“When I conceived the possibility of making another album with the guys from System of a Down a few years ago, I started working on a set of songs that I arranged in a rock format for that purpose,” he said in a press release. “As we couldn’t agree with the vision of the future with a SOAD album, I decided to release these songs with my nickname.”
