  • A 70 year old man from Luna County. The individual was hospitalized.
  • A woman in her 40s from McKinley County. The individual was hospitalized and had underlying diseases.
  • A 60-year-old man from Sandoval County. The individual had underlying conditions.
  • A second man in his 60s in Sandoval County. The individual was hospitalized and was a resident of the Genesis Rio Rancho Center in Rio Rancho.
  • A 60-year-old man from San Juan County. The individual was hospitalized and had underlying diseases.
  • A woman in her 70s in San Juan County. The individual was hospitalized.
  • A man in his 70s in San Juan County. The individual was hospitalized and was a resident of the Bloomfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bloomfield.
  • A woman in her 50s in Santa Fe County.

The death toll of New Mexico residents related to COVID-19 is now 3,355.

In addition to the deaths, the state reported 565 additional cases of COVID-19. As of Thursday, New Mexico has reported a total of 176,211 cases.

KOB 4 determined that there was a positive result of 5.4% of the tests analyzed in Thursday’s state report.

The state reports that 445 people are being hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19.

As of Thursday, there were 108,144 cases of COVID-19 designated as having been recovered by the New Mexico Department of Health.
