When Disney World reopened during the pandemic, the theme park resort was looking for ways to bring visitors back to the parks for money – especially considering that its capacity levels were (and remain) quite low. One of the ways in which they encouraged visitors was through their annual pass holders. Disney World was offering a 30% discount on merchandise to annual pass holders, which was a major upgrade from the usual 10% that comes as a pass advantage.
Now, this business is back! From February 2 to March 2, Annual Pass holders can once again take advantage of 30% off selected merchandise at Walt Disney World Resort. The site notes:
Pass holders can receive a 30% discount on purchases of selected merchandise at merchandise stores owned and operated by Walt Disney World Resort from February 2 to March 2, 2021. See offer terms and exclusions.
The discount does not apply to the locations of Walt Disney World Resort operating participants, including, but not limited to: Disney Store, Disney’s Character Premiere, Disney’s Character Warehouse, Cast Connection and any other locations or kiosks that are not owned and operated by the owners of Walt Disney World Resort.

The discount is not valid on certain items, including, but not limited to, past purchases, ticket media, Disney gift cards, park tickets, arcades, tobacco, alcohol, outdoor sales (e.g., balloon sellers within the park, glitter vendors), Add-a-Dollar (Wildlife Conservation Fund), postage stamps, rentals (eg, strollers, ECV), personalization, Memory Maker, Memory Maker One Day, selected print packages and any online purchases from Disney PhotoPass®, Disney Store Online, Artist Sketch Program (original art), artwork at live auction, original or consigned art, newspapers / periodicals, DVDs, CDs, sundries, pantry / prepared foods, kitchen products, digital / video / disposable camera, film, consumer electronics, national brand fragrances, treatments and cosmetics, Lladró, Swarovski® Crystal, Tiffany & Co.® Jewelry, Bvlgari, select collectible originals, select toys the specialized ones, select special items, handmade items, special orders, purchase offers with purchase, select reusable shopping bags, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique / The Pirates League / Savi’s Workshop – Handmade lightsaber packages / Droid Depot, shipping or taxes, or purchases by phone, email, online or by mail. Each guest must present a valid annual pass card and a government-issued photo ID at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
