Maluma he was surrounded by fans during a meet-and-greet in Miami … and the cops closed the party because they say it was not safe for COVID.
The Colombian singer was promoting his new album, ‘7 Días en Jamaica’, in an art gallery in Wynwood and asked fans to come and meet him. The crowd grew so large that the police pulled the plug.
As you can see in the video, Maluma gets into an SUV and is immediately surrounded by a bunch of fans. He greeted about 160 people inside the gallery, who entered in groups of 10, but with 1,000 people still in line, it didn’t seem safe … according to the DP of Miami.

Most of the fans had masked themselves, including Maluma, and we were told that social distance was imposed within the gallery … but the police say that was not enough.
Maluma, who is donating the album cover’s profits to 3 different environmental charities, told the audience that he hopes to make another fan appearance this week.
Miami has become the ideal place for those who want to have fun during the pandemic … so it is amazing to see something close.
