A suddenly infamous SoulCycle instructor is saying, “My bad” … after calling herself an “educator” to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Stacey Griffith she apologized on Monday “from the bottom of my heart” after posting a photo of her taking the much sought after vaccine. The 52-year-old woman later admitted that she was eligible because she introduced herself as an “educator” on vaccine application forms.
After further analysis … she called the bleak move “a terrible error of judgment”.

In his deleted post … Griffith – who taught things like Oprah and Kelly Ripa – began his caption with, “DAY OF THE VACCINE! Step one of the Modern magic !! An hour’s drive to STATEN ISLAND is worth every minute! Take a village.”
Griffith added: “Now I can teach @soulcycle with a little more faith that we will all be fine.”
Of course, some teachers from real schools are still struggling to get vaccinated in NY, where there is a shortage.

NY is currently prioritizing people over 65, in addition to teachers, school staff, in-person college instructors, daycare staff, first responders, public transport staff, frontline staff and people who work / live in collective shelters for homeless.
Yes, fitness instructors? Even the popular / famous? It is NOT on the list.
Even mayor of New York Bill de Blasio he seemed intrigued by Griffith having received the vaccine, saying, “It doesn’t look like someone who should have been vaccinated for me.”
