Listen to Lego’s White Noise with Lego theme

For some, the sound of plastic Lego bricks rustling as someone rummages through a dumpster in search of the piece they need is like nails on a blackboard. For others, it is as satisfying as a Mozart symphony. If you are in that last group, Lego created a white noise playlist made of plastic bricks you can play in the background when you’re too busy to build.

Brick sounds do not accompany an orchestra or any instrumentation whatsoever. All seven tracks – each 30 minutes long – feature Lego being used and played in different ways. For example, the track ‘It All Clicks’ features Lego elements being connected, while ‘The Waterfall’ features thousands of bricks simply being poured into thousands of other bricks. Lego promises that the playlist will be available for free on 15 different streaming platforms, including Apple Music (although we’re having trouble finding it right now), Google Music, and Spotify, which you can access below, or broadcast directly through your browser.

The album is part of a recent Lego effort to encourage AFOLS (Lego Adult Fans) to embrace their passion for a construction toy that is traditionally seen as something for children. In addition to new lines that focus architecture, modeler, and even new sets that allow you to build flowers from plastic bricks, the toy manufacturer has also redesigned some examples of your packaging to look more adult with minimal graphics and soft color themes. And let’s not pretend that someone is buying a five-year-old son $ 800 Millennium Falcon and waiting for them to patiently assemble all 7,541 pieces.
