Sixty-one percent of voters registered in the January 28-29 poll approved Biden’s job as president, up from 63 percent in a January 21-22 poll.
In contrast, 39% of respondents in the last survey disapprove of their performance.
The new poll found that support for Biden among Republican voters has dropped 6 percentage points since the last poll, from 30% to 24%.
Support among Democrats remains stable at 94 percent.
Sixty-four percent of independent respondents said they approve of the work Biden is doing at the White House, compared with 62 percent in the January 21-22 poll.
The most recent Hill-HarrisX poll was conducted online among 945 registered voters. It has a margin of error of 3.19 percentage points.
