Cris Tales, the next JRPG love letter from Modus Games, will now be released on Switch and other platforms in July, has been confirmed.
Originally planned to be released in November, the game was postponed to ensure that developers had “a chance to bring the best version” to fans waiting for its release. The new news from the July 2021 launch window is accompanied by a lovely new trailer that shows just a few of the locations you’ll explore in the game.

Cris Tales is a JRPG that changed an era, where the past, the present and the future are brought together on one screen. Players can use Crisbell’s incredible ability to glide between time periods to help citizens in Crystallis’ realms and make surprise attacks against enemies. If Crisbell wants to save her magical world from the evil that threatens her, she must use her power to shape the past, the present and the future while bringing together allies who will help her in her quest.
