Anna Kournikova is evidently a very happy mother.

On Saturday, the tennis superstar posted a photo on her Instagram account to celebrate her daughter Mary’s first birthday.

Maria is the third daughter of the 39-year-old man with his partner Enrique Iglesias.

In the photo, Kournikova’s daughter was depicted looking forward, wearing a knitted dress and a yellow bow.

The star athlete referred to her son’s age in the caption, as she simply wrote ‘1!’

Later that day, she shared a video showing how she spent time face-to-face with her daughter, who liked to look out to sea.

The television personality wrote “girl talk” in the post caption.

In addition to Mary, the tennis star shares with her partner a pair of three-year-old twins named Lucy and Nicholas.

Kournikova and Iglesias, 45, started dating in 2001, after she appeared in the music video for her song Escape.

Before meeting the singer, she had a long-standing relationship with former NHL player Pavel Bure; the sources differ as to whether the pair has ever been married.

The new parents split up in 2008 before reconciling shortly thereafter; they went through the same cycle of separation and rapprochement in 2013.

In the photo, the athlete could be seen holding her newborn daughter to her chest while she relaxed after giving birth.

Iglesias, dressed in a hospital gown and hairnet, was photographed kissing his partner’s forehead.
