The rich and powerful are jumping to the front of the line to get the COVID-19 vaccine … and the Hollywood elite is making a big effort to get the vaccines.
The Tinseltown Titans are using every trick in the book to get vaccinated … private doctors and boutique, concierge health services, private flights to Florida for vaccine tourism … and those are just the legal means, according with Variety.
In Beverly Hills, Dr. Robert Huizenga says his practice is receiving offers of five-digit bribes from people desperate to get the photos, including powerful players in the entertainment industry. The doctor also told Variety that people are trying to skip vaccine lines being dubiously contracted in the healthcare industry.
There are also allegations from major hospital donors trying to root for early access to vaccines, and wealthy customers pressuring gatekeepers to find the connection.
The crazy vaccine race in California is partly a result of the state’s slow implementation and eligibility requirements … to get an injection, you need to work in healthcare or be at least 65 years old.

Still, some celebrities are getting injections, like everyone else working on the waiting lists, with no funny business involved. 73 years Arnold Schwarzenegger waited in line at the mass vaccination site at Dodger Stadium, while a 78-year-old man Harrison Ford supposedly made his own appointment last week and waited in line for 2 ½ hours at a community college in the Los Angeles area.
Some of the loopholes are closing … Florida is cracking down on vaccine tourism, with people now being forced to show proof of residence to get an injection. However, it is now said that the rich and powerful are doing the same stunts in Hawaii.
