The basket error prevents many players from purchasing a PS5 when refueling from Amazon UK.
It is still extremely difficult to buy a PS5 console worldwide and the errors in the basket are making the situation even worse.
Apparently, Sony is selling millions of PS5 consoles in the coming months. However, it appears that PS5 restocking is still limited to a small number for now.
This makes it all the more devastating when customers come so close to protecting a console, but lose because of an error.
Refueling Amazon UK PS5
The PS5 and PS4 Digital Edition stock went on sale on Amazon UK just before 9:30 am this morning. However, like all restocking, the PS5 consoles sold out in a matter of minutes.
This huge replenishment of PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles at Walmart also sold out almost instantly.
While some people managed to grab a brand new PS5 from Amazon UK, many were disappointed. Many players have had trouble adding the PS5 console to their Amazon basket.

Amazon Basket error
Many fans of PlayStation quick clicks who were able to click the “add to basket” button received an error message. This seemed to happen to several people who were trying to buy their PS5 via Amazon’s mobile app.
The error was as follows. “There was a problem adding to the basket. Check your Internet connection and try again.”
This prevented customers from adding the PS5 to the basket and therefore buying the console.
