O Real Atlanta Housewives the cast’s journey hasn’t even started yet, but someone already wants to go home.
In the Sunday episode of the reality show Bravo, Kenya Moore invited her co-stars – Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora and Cynthia Bailey – for a getaway on the beach in Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
But while Kenya coordinated the trip for her 2-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, and her nanny, she did not tell the other cast members that her little girl would attend – or did the same invitation to bring their own children.
Before the trip, Kenya, 50, had lunch with LaToya Ali and said she would take her nanny and Brooklyn on the trip. She also “arranged” for her, Brooklyn, the nanny and LaToya a “private flight” from Georgia to South Carolina.
Why wouldn’t other women be included in air travel? Kenya told LaToya, 34, that “it doesn’t make sense to all of us, because once you get into your medium and large jets, then it becomes something like $ 50,000”, which she said she wouldn’t spend.
“But if it means getting there before the girls and making sure Brooklyn is comfortable and the babysitter, then I’m fine with that,” she added.

She even revealed to LaToya that she and her distant husband Marc Daly could not speak, and claimed that she was restricted to what she could and could not do with Brooklyn.
“There are many things that come up when he fights with me about what I can and can’t do with Brooklyn. I can’t get Brooklyn out of the country in certain places because I need his permission,” said Kenya. “I can’t even feature Brooklyn in my newest hair line ads because I need his permission.”
At the time, Kenya and Marc had been apart for a year, and she said she planned to apply for full custody, saying, “I already have full custody.”
(On Saturday, Marc told The Root that the couple had separated for the second time after the reconciliation. “After attending mediation recently, Kenya and I agreed to end our marriage. I will always be very careful for her and hope to continue amicably to co-create our daughter Brooklyn with an abundance of love and wisdom, “he said in a statement.)
The decision to take a private plane contrasted sharply with what she arranged for the other housewives with peach: a van sprinter, which the women claimed “without air conditioning”.
“If they don’t like the arrangements I made for them, I’m sure they have a platinum, gold or black American Express card that they can withdraw if they want – well, I can’t say that, because some of them have very bad credit, I’m sure” , Kenya told the cameras about how she thought other women would react to the news that she was taking a private jet.
Also over lunch, Drew, 35, called Kenya to invite her to a dinner she would offer to some of the ladies before the trip. Kenya, who asked if LaToya could also be invited, revealed that she and LaToya would “go in front of you all … in a small private jet”.

Advancing to Drew’s dinner, Porsha, 39, revealed that LaToya – who was absent at night – had spoken negatively about Drew’s wig. During the meal, Kenya also explained the details of the trip, saying that the women needed to meet at Kandi’s house, where they would board the van sprinter that she “arranged”.
“So are we all going to run together, all the women?” asked Drew.
“LaToya and I are going to get out ahead of time, just to make sure the house is ready,” Kenya told Drew, who questioned whether the pair would take their own van. “No, we don’t have a sprinter,” said Kenya.

Pretending he didn’t know about the details of his travels, Drew asked how Kenya and LaToya would be traveling east.
“As I get to know Drew, I think she’s a bit of a sneak,” Kenya told the cameras. “I had a conversation with Drew and I told her the information about the private jet.”
Drew’s side of the story was different, however. “No more than 10 minutes” after the call with Kenya, “I get a text message from Kenya saying, ‘Don’t tell other women about the private jet,” “Drew told the cameras.

Kenya ended up revealing to the women that it would be flying in private, saying “it just made more sense. We’ll get there fast and find out and you’ll have everything ready for you when we get there.”
Later, when the women packed for the trip, they also coordinated care for each of their children – including Porsha, who shares her almost 2-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena with Dennis McKinley.
On the day of the trip, Kenya, her daughter, nanny and LaToya boarded the plane. Meanwhile, some of the other ladies said “emotionally” to their children. “I cried this morning,” Porsha said to Kandi before getting into the van. (Cynthia traveled separately because she had a “commercial obligation”.)
During the trip on the speedometer, the women complained that there was no air conditioning. “I can’t believe we’re sitting on this airless bus,” said Porsha.
“I didn’t know I would be on this dirty, hot and rejected bus. Like, I’m sweating in places I didn’t even know it could be dripping,” she told the cameras.

With the women already warmed by the lack of fresh air, temperatures rose even more when they saw that Kenya had posted a photo of Brooklyn on Instagram on board the jet.
“Wait, did she bring the baby?” Porsha asked. “This is fucked up because I was crying this morning. … If we were bringing our children, wouldn’t you like to bring your child? We should have known,” she said, adding that she was “ready to f — ing go home “before you even arrive.
In a confessional, Porsha added: “Double standards? That is not what will happen on this trip. The fact that Kenya brought her daughter and did not even extend the option for me, Kandi, Drew, Shamea to bring our children, that is just wrong. “

Despite the opinions of other women, Kenya – who also arranged for Brooklyn and the nanny to have their own private villa – maintained its decision.
“I don’t care who knows I’m on a private jet. I’m doing what’s best for my family,” she said in a confessional. “Who should have anything to say about this?”
She also said to the cameras, “It would be nice to have a husband who could take care of our son for a week while I go on vacation with the girls, but I never left Brooklyn with anyone, including my husband, at night. So that’s how has been, and maybe someday things will change. “
