Conor McGregor counters ‘disrespectful’ Khabib Nurmagomedov

Conor McGregor had a message for Khabib Nurmagomedov after Nurmagomedov’s criticism on Saturday night.

Go back to the octagon.

Nurmagomedov, the unbeaten 32-year-old who retired after his last fight in October, shot McGregor after he lost to Dustin Poirier at UFC 257. It was McGregor’s first UFC fight in a year and the second since defeat to Nurmagomedov in October 2018.

“It happened, when you change teams, you leave the sparring partners that made you champion and sparring with young children, far from reality,” wrote Nurmagomedov on Twitter.

To no one’s surprise, McGregor, 32, skipped all comments to lobby for a rematch.

“Does he want to come back or not? Because he’s not kicking his legs, ”said McGregor of Nurmagomedov after being knocked down by Poirer’s kicks. “If he wants to have your disrespectful comments, come back and go again, my man. I’m here for it. This is fighting talk. “

UFC president Dana White has been trying to get Nurmagomedov out of retirement.
