A large part of southern Nebraska and northern Kansas COULD see 6 to 12 ″ of snow on Monday night … with the POTENTIAL of 15 ″ or more in some areas. The combination of damp and heavy snow with gusts of wind can also cause damage to trees and power outages in some places during the day on Monday.
