Resident Evil Village Game Trailers Reveal New May 7, New Multiplayer Game – News

Game available for current and next generation consoles, PC with demo on PS Store now available

CAPCOM unveiled a new trailer on Thursday for Resident Evil Village, the eighth entry in your resident Evil series of survival horror games. The trailer reveals the game’s release date on May 7 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC via Steam. (Users who purchase the PS4 and Xbox One version can upgrade to the respective PS5 and Xbox Series versions at no additional cost.) A stand-alone demo of the game titled “Maiden” is now also available on PlayStation Store.


CAPCOM will also release another separate demo for the game for all platforms this spring.

CAPCOM will also include a new multiplayer game for PS4, Xbox One and PC titled Resident Evil Re: Verse with the launch of Resident Evil Village. The game takes place after the story of Resident Evil 7 biohazard. CAPCOM is broadcasting a game trailer.


Resident Evil Village will have a standard edition, Deluxe Edition and launch of Collector’s Edition. The Deluxe Edition will include exclusive weapons, music, a special save point, extra difficulty settings and a special screen filter. The Full Edition includes the content of the Deluxe Edition, plus a poster, a Chris Redfield figure, an art book and a collector’s box with steel disk box. The game will also be available in a “Complete Package” that will include both Resident Evil Village and the previous Resident Evil 7 biohazard games.

Despite leaving the past behind, a surprising but familiar face returns in the form of Chris Redfield … whose shocking actions end up causing Ethan to end up in a mysterious snow-covered village.

Resident Evil 7: biological risk sent to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in January 2017. The game was released in Japan under the title Biohazard 7: evil resident.

CAPCOMremake of Resident Evil 3 game released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam on April 3. The launch includes the Resident Evil: Resistance online game, formerly entitled “Resistance Project”. CAPCOM describes the project as an “entirely new team-based survival horror experience”.

CAPCOMremake of Resident Evil 2 game released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One in January 2019. The remake has third-person playability (changed from the fixed camera angles of the original game), similar to the gameplay introduced in resident Evil 4. The game received the “Best Game of the Year” award at the 2019 Golden Joystick Awards ceremony in London in November.
