The Green Bay Packers listed only two players with injury designations in the team’s final injury report prior to the NFC Championship Game.
Striker Kingsley Keke will miss his third straight game due to a concussion, while cornerback Kevin King is listed as questionable after suffering a back injury this week. King did not practice Friday.
Coach Matt LaFleur said he will give King, a cornerback starter, the rest of the week to get ready to play.
“I hope he is ready to go on Sunday,” said LaFleur on Friday.
King did not play in the first encounter with the Buccaneers. The Packers just added veteran cornerback Tramon Williams to the training team, adding another layer of depth to the position on Sunday. If King can’t make it, Josh Jackson and Ka’dar Hollman are available and Williams can be promoted from the training team
Not having Keke again is a hard blow, considering what he could have provided as an interior striker against Tom Brady. Harrison snacks should be active again on Sunday.
The LaFleur team received a lot of good news. Kicker Mason Crosby has no injury designation and will play against the Buccaneers. He injured his shoulder in an extra failed spot during last week’s victory over Rams. The Packers will also have running back AJ Dillon, who is suffering a hip injury but has no indication of injury for Sunday.
Linebacker Krys Barnes (thumb) and running back Jamaal Williams (ankle), both new additions to this week’s injury report, will also play.
The Buccaneers dismissed receiver Antonio Brown and listed rookie security guard Antoine Winfield Jr. as questionable.
