A lot can change in a week in the National Football League. And since I published my last simulated draft, there has been a lot of news. Most were good, but not everything.
A certain superstar from Gainesville, Georgia, who now lives in Houston, let his not-so-happy feelings be known on social media. As a result, many in the media covering the NFL have made many speculations.
After all, that’s what they get paid for.
Well, this simulated draft not only reflects the latest NFL news cycle, but it also contains a successful trade involving the aforementioned Peach State superstar quarterback.
It has a trickle effect, even on the Falcons, who recently hired a new general manager (and head coach) who made some headlines when he said, “It’s okay to add strength” to the list. So, what should Falcons do to avoid being a spectator during the playoffs for the fourth consecutive year? They can start by making game changes, difference makers and the best players available in April.
So, without further ado, here is mock draft 2.0 with the updated draft order (see order explanation at the bottom of the page). Let me know how you feel about choosing here. Appreciate.
