Knicks 119, Warriors 104: scenes from the show RJ and Mitch

The New York Knicks started hot with 40 points in the first quarter and moved away in the second half to win the Golden State Warriors 119-104.

The haterz will point to a bizarre ejection of Draymond Green towards the end of the second half, but the fact is that New York dominated this game mainly from the start. The Warriors arrived on Thursday night on fire, but the Knicks had the remedy.

RJ Barrett led the Knicks with 28 points, the best of his career. He was in full command of his arsenal of goals in the first half and had enough buckets when the team needed them in the second half.

Mitchell Robinson, who had a few days of much-needed rest after being beaten in recent games, came back to life in the second half. The Warriors may have runner-up, but young Mitch destroyed the Golden State’s bottom line with 18 points in the second half.

The second unit struggled in the first half, but helped build the advantage in the second. Obi Toppin had some cool dunks.

Benny will have the recap. Get some sleep, boys.
