Lady Gaga has been an integral part of Joe Biden-Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign since she danced “Bulletproof” to cheering up the crowd at an election rally in November, which we are not saying it is not which gave them an advantage of 7 million popular votes. Yesterday, Gaga appeared as a dignitary from Planet Chromatica to meet with the National Guard and share a message of peace and love. And on January 20, she sang the “Star-Spangled Banner” at the inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States and Kamala Harris as the first black and South Asian woman and vice president (and, because this is Stefani we’re talking about, Jill Biden as the first Italian-American first lady). Gaga came in looking like this was her coronation ceremony to rule all of Genovia.

This was a performance, with choreography of microphone cord that would make even the amateur stand-up comedian Amy Klobuchar jealous.

Waving at the little people (the literal president of the United States). You can tell that Cole Emhoff is laughing in this photo.
