At the moment, Sony is selling only the PlayStation 5 and its DualSense controller in a color scheme: black and white. However, if you are dying to inject a touch of color into your gaming life, now there is a new way to do this without breaking the bank.
Outsource company Decor Evolve has now released a handful of new control covers for the PS5’s DualSense. The covers come in ten different colors, including gold, silver, orange, red and various shades of blue, to name a few. As for the operation of these covers, they simply fit into the front section of DualSense and add color to the lower black part of the controller.
Perhaps the best part of these DualSense covers is that they are also very cheap. Decor Evolve is only selling each cover for $ 9.99 a pop, which is a fair price. In addition, if you decide to buy four covers in total, you will have a 20% discount on the total order. On the other hand, buying two covers can yield 10% discount.
Even though these covers do nothing but add color to the DualSense controller, they are a good compromise for now. In the future, Sony will definitely end up launching several other DualSense that will be adorned in different color schemes, but until that day comes, these faceplates are the best you can do.
The next most interesting topic will come from Sony. Up to this point, the PlayStation manufacturer has shown that it is not a fan of third-party companies trying to sell PS5-related products. That said, it’s hard to see them acting against Decor Evolve. Considering that the company is not selling anything other than plastic wrap, Sony is unlikely to be able to do anything to close sales.
