Santos won’t have full strength today against the Buccaneers.
Saints Taysom Hill quarterback / running back / receiver / special coach and running back Latavius Murray are not expected to play today, according to the NFL Network. Both were listed as questionable.
As PFT previously reported, some of Hill’s teammates concluded that he would not be able to play due to his knee injury. With Hill out, the Saints will not eliminate Drew Brees in situations of red zone and short yards, when they usually go to Hill because of their ability to make moves with their legs.
Murray is the best backup of the running back Alvin Kamara and had 146 loads for 656 yards during the regular season.
