The Daily Nole – January 11, 2021: DB Robinson from South Carolina will be transferred to FSU

Main story

It was a busy weekend for Florida state football, as the Seminoles made three transfers in two days.

On Sunday, South Carolina defensive back Jammie Robinson promised his services to FSU. Named SEC All-Freshman by coaches in 2019, Robinson recorded 74 tackles in total, two for defeat and one interception last season for Gamecocks.

Robinson becomes the seventh transfer to commit to FSU this off-season. On Saturday, Auburn runner DJ Williams and Robinson’s teammate in South Carolina, striker Keir Thomas did the same.

News and Notes

New research by AP and Amway Coaches for men’s basketball will be released on Monday.

4-star wide receiver Quincey McAdoo committed to FSU on Sunday. McAdoo is a 2022 prospect from Arkansas.
