Well, it was a short time at West Lafayette for defensive line coach Terrance Jamison.
Coach Jamison came to Purdue after spending a few years in the Air Force. Bret Bielema trained Jamison during his college days and when he finished playing, he became a GA for Bret.
Terrance seemed to be well liked by his attackers and I think this is an unexpected hole that Coach Brohm has to fill. But with his relationship with coach Bielema, it is no surprise that he wants to train with his former football coach and the man who started him as a coach.
Things are starting to fall into place for Mike Elston to come from Notre Dame and be our defensive coordinator and defensive line coach.
But in any case, our defense team remains nameless, apart from co-defense coordinator Anthony Poindexter, who also trains security guards. We need a corner coach, linebackers, defensive line and a defensive coordinator.
Things should go in the next few days as the coaches start to move.
Good luck, Coach Jamison!
