Clemson men’s basketball games at UNC and Syracuse postponed; Syracuse at UNC scheduled for January 12

GREENSBORO, NC (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that Clemson’s men’s basketball games in North Carolina and Syracuse have been postponed. The games were scheduled to be played on Saturday, January 9th and Tuesday, January 12th. In addition, the North Carolina Syracuse game, which was originally scheduled for January 2, will now be played on Tuesday, January 12 at 9 pm on the ACC Network.

The postponements follow a positive test, subsequent quarantine and contact tracking within the Clemson men’s basketball team. The team is adhering to the protocols described in the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available at theACC.com (full report).

Because of the postponement of Clemson-North Carolina, the Georgetown game against Syracuse on Saturday will now be played at 7 pm on ESPN.
