But Miley Cyrus seemed optimistic and grateful on Friday when she turned her attention to her younger sister, Noah Cyrus, as she celebrated her 21st birthday.

‘I love you little sister who became a big sister. The day you were born, I never knew that one day roles would be reversed and you would be the one who would take care of me, ‘she continued.
‘You were a rock star from the experience of losing Mary Jane. I couldn’t have come here without you.
– You lead me to make difficult but certain decisions. You will have many more of these choices in your own life and I am here to help you every step of the way. “I always love you,” she wrote.
Miley ended the long caption with a few words of wisdom for her sister, now that she was legally able to drink alcohol.
‘Happy 21st. Don’t get as drunk as I do. I practically missed my own party because I spent the whole night [toilet and vomiting emojis],’ she wrote.
