CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Baptist Health will launch an online appointment scheduling platform starting Friday with accommodation for 12,000 vacancies for those aged 65 and over and other high-risk individuals to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
A press release from Baptist Health South Florida said that 65-year-olds and also high-risk members of the community will be able to make an appointment starting Friday.
The website is Baptisthealth.net.
Those who make an appointment will receive a schedule for distribution that will start on Monday.
“We hope to continue to add availability as we add additional locations in the coming weeks,” the statement said. “The light at the end of the tunnel is shining a little brighter. In the meantime, we ask everyone to continue to take appropriate safety precautions as we move forward in this fight.
