Speaking of learning to adapt well in the face of trauma and tragedy, the Roar singer suggested verbalizing resilience until ‘you really become resilient’.

‘I always believed that words have ✨energy✨ Start by telling yourself that you are #RESILIENT, and maybe you believe in yourself,’ she wrote in her caption.

In the brief video, Perry wore a bold red lipstick that matched her sweatshirt and the bottom behind her while she held up her beloved cup of Poodle tea.

Her glamorous makeup highlighted her flawless complexion, strong eyebrows and long lashes on the set.
