FINAL: Kentucky beat Vanderbilt 77-74

What. A game.

After losing six in a row, the Kentucky Wildcats have now won two in a row, defeating the Vanderbilt Commodores by a final score of 77-74.

Olivier Sarr led the Wildcats with 24 points from 5-10 and 14-17 shots on the free throw line, with seven rebounds and two assists.

Coming from his 23-point explosion in Starkville, Dontaie Allen was second in the team with 14 points in 4-10 shots, 2-5 from three and 4-4 from the line. He also added five rebounds.

Davion Mintz and Devin Askew added 11 points each to complete the double-digit scorers, with the first one hitting the three winners in the right corner with less than a minute to go. Mintz added three rebounds and two assists, while Askew ended with three assists.

With the victory, Kentucky moves to 3-6 in the year and 2-0 in the SEC.

The UK will head to Gainesville this weekend to face the Florida Gators on Saturday at 5 pm Eastern time.
