The Denver Broncos scheduled interviews with several candidates for the newly vacated General Manager position, after John Elway decided to assign that position to a new person.
Via Mike Klis of 9News, The Broncos scheduled interviews with New Orleans Saints scout director Terry Fontenot; and assistant director of Chicago Bears players’ team, Champ Kelly. In addition, they will interview the Broncos College Scouting Director Brian Stark for work too.
Minnesota Vikings, assistant GM and vice president of team players, George Paton I will interview for work, through Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network and assistant director of New England Patriots players, Dave Ziegler will also meet with the team to the position.
Fontenot interviewed Detroit Lions for his position as GM on Tuesday and will meet with the Atlanta Falcons this week as well. Paton is also due to interview Lions on Wednesday for the inauguration. Kelly is scheduled for an interview with the Carolina Panthers for their position.
