POCO is preparing to launch POCO F2, a successor to the well-received POCO F1. The company teased the next phone in a tweet, showing the phones it had launched in 2020 alongside what it expected to debut in 2021.
POCO technically had already launched a successor to F1 on the F2 Pro. That phone was a critical success, bringing the essentials with robust hardware, a powerful processor, 5G support and a relatively low price. But POCO has always promised to launch a suitable unprofessional F2 and appears to deliver on that in 2021.

It is not clear when the POCO F2 will be launched or how the Poco F2 Pro will be reduced to achieve a lower price. if the Pro had a 120 Hz screen like other phones, perhaps it had a 60 Hz display in place. POCO can simply downgrade the Snapdragon 865 to a Snapdragon 765 or 750G to maintain 5G support, or it can bring down the LCD display of an AMOLED. In any case, the company linked to Xiaomi is no stranger to making good, cheap phones, and fans of the brand have something to look forward to in the new year.
